In his corporate experience at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, Michael managed client relationships for large multinational and emerging companies. He was the “connector” between the client and the firm. In these roles, he identified and assembled the team that would support the client in developing strategies to solve their complex business issues. These experiences provided him with a unique perspective – a business executive who is better able to understand his clients.

Michael also facilitates training programs pertaining to Empathy, Storytelling & Relationship development. In his corporate experience he was on the faculty at Deloitte University. In addition, he has provided coaching services to several Global Organizations where he coached people in India, Egypt and France.
